GLIN==> Important article on Detroit River



Looks like this is another case of Michigan DEQ not 
enforcing narrative water quality standards against
discharges that discolor ambient surface waters....this 
time with the problem in the Detroit River caused by 
the steel mill in Ecorse.....US Steel Great Lakes Works
