Indiana Department of Environmental Management is nearing a permit
decision to allow "Auburn Nugget, LLC" construct a iron ore conversion 
furnace near Butler, IN.....about 25 miles south of the point where 
Indiana, Michigan and Ohio meet...south of the southwest corner of 
Hillsdale County.....

This facility will be allowed to discharge up to 420 pounds of mercury to the air, 
along with.....

988 tons/year of sulfur dioxide
900 tons/year of nitrogen oxides
485 tons/year of particulate matter
531 tons/year of sulfuric acid aerosal
5.85 tons of lead
117 tons of fluorides
160 tons of hazardous air pollutants.
