GLIN==> hazy blob midwest, NY and in the South

at 11 AM shows hazy blob conditions from the stagnant high pressure 
center over the eastern United States covering portions or all of 
at least 9-10 states with visibility in the 4-6 mile range.   It covers an 
area from Alabama to Michigan and then over to New York.

shows this hazy blob extends into Canadian provinces of 
Ontario and Quebec

Here is PM 2.5 for Eastern Canada....this is through the lens of 
Canadian NAAQS for PM 2.5 which are more stringent than US at 10 AM today
