EPA's Science to Achieve Results (STAR) program is pleased to announce a
New Index of Environmental Condition for Coastal Watersheds in the Great
Lakes Basin.   This Index was developed by scientists with the Great
Lakes Indicators Project through a cooperative agreement to the
University of Minnesota-Duluth.
