|Gathering Waters Conservancy
Formed over 10 years ago,
Gathering Waters Conservancy assists land trusts, landowners and
communities in their efforts to protect Wisconsin's natural heritage
and rural landscape. Gathering Waters organizes the Lake Michigan
Shorelands Alliance, a group of nine land trusts in Wisconsin's Lake
Michigan basin. Collectively, this group has developed a regional
conservation plan that identifies the highest priority conservation
sites in the watershed. Gathering Waters Conservancy's web site
provides key information on land conservation in Wisconsin.
