The Minnesota Wetlands Protection Report
identifies some of the regulatory failures that have caused wetland
loss and calls for action from legislators, policymakers and
citizens who care about the state's wetlands and natural heritage.
The report features nine on-the-ground case studies that illustrate
how current laws and enforcement issues can contribute to wetland
destruction and loss.
