IAGLR 2007 Call for Sessions

IAGLR is pleased to announce its 50th Annual
Conference on Great Lakes Research, to be held May 28 - June 1, 2007, at Penn
State in University Park, Penn. The conference theme is "50 Years of the IAGLR
Conference: Past, Present and Future." We are soliciting proposals from members
of IAGLR and the related research community interested in organizing a
scientific session at the meeting.
The deadline for submitting a session topic is
October 7, 2006. Chairs of selected sessions will be notified and provided with
instructions for organizing their sessions in October. The general Call for
Papers will be issued in October.
To Propose a
Session
If you are
interesting in organizing a session, please visit the session proposal form to
submit your idea. You will be asked to provide the following
information:
- proposed title of the
session,
- a brief description of the
session's focus (two or three sentences),
- an estimate of the expected
size (number of contributors) of the session, and
- the names and contact
information (address, telephone, fax, and e-mail address) of the
individual(s) willing to be session chair(s).
