Reminder: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Coastal Program – Great Lakes is currently accepting project proposals for the 2007 grant cycle. The deadline for application packages is January 31st.
Projects need to be coastal related and benefit U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service trust species. Proposals should be submitted directly to the Service’s East Lansing Field Office (Attention: Bob Kavetsky) or the Ashland Fishery Resources Office (Attention: Ted Koehler). The amount requested can not exceed $20,000. Partners and matching funds are encouraged, but none are required at this time. Most applications are 2 pages in length.
