This week in the Great Lakes Town Hall – Marci Singer, Tip of
the Mitt Watershed Council – Join the discussion online!
This
week, the Town Hall is pleased to welcome Marci Singer, Communications
Specialist for the Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council. Marci works with
the Communications and Development team and focuses on Great
Lakes and local issues using her experience in communications,
marketing and project management. Don't miss your
chance to read and respond to Marci
Singers Great Lakes perspectives every day this week - only in the Great Lakes Town Hall!
In
addition to guest speakers, the Great Lakes
Town Hall focuses on a new featured Great Lakes issue each week, provided by co-moderators
Jeffrey Potter, Dave Dempsey and Gary Wilson. This week, Gary
probes the recent public attention surrounding British Petroleum’s permit
to increase its pollution of Lake Michigan and
asks if there are lessons for the greater restoration effort. Don't miss this
great opportunity to read and comment on our featured issue - An Unintended Gift
from BP? - and the thoughts of Marci Singer, in the Great
Lakes Town Hall.
