Summer Workshop: "Remote Sensing of Great Lakes
Coastal Wetlands" The Eastern Great Lakes Region of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS-EGLR), the North Central Chapter of the Society of Wetlands Scientists (SWS-NCC) and the Great Lakes Observing System (GLOS) are pleased to announce a 2-day workshop on Remote Sensing of Great Lakes Coastal Wetlands. The workshop will take place on September 13-14, 2007, at Cleary University, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The workshop will feature a tutorial on Wetlands Inventory and Monitoring Techniques, technical presentations on landscape protocols developed by the Great Lakes Coastal Wetlands Consortium, and a field trip to the Detroit River and western Lake Erie.
