Hotel and meeting information is provided below. If you will be staying at the Union League Club, note that the club has a dress code (see below for details). Also, attached please find draft agendas for the meetings. Rate: $170.00 including taxes, per night Union League Dress Code The following requirements are applicable to members and their guests at all times: Business Casual Attire is allowed throughout the clubhouse with the exception of specific events for which higher modes of attire (e.g., Business Dress Attire, black tie or white tie) are specified for the event. Definitions: Business Casual Attire is defined as: o Men: Collared shirt (including turtleneck) and slacks (without jacket or necktie). o Women: Similar to above, including slacks or skirt with blouse or sweater. o The following are NOT considered Business Casual Attire and are specifically PROHIBITED (except on Floors 10 and above): T-shirt, sweatshirt, or other shirt without a collar; trading jacket and other work clothes/uniform; sweat suit and other athletic attire; jean jacket, overalls, cutoffs, shorts and jeans. o Business Dress Attire is defined as: o Men: Business suit or sport coat and slacks with collared shirt and necktie. o Women: Suit (including business pantsuit), dress, or blazer with skirt or tailored slacks. o Military: Class A, Dress, or uniform of the day. o Clergy: Customary clerical garb. MEETING SCHEDULE: The GLBTS Stakeholder Forum and Integration Workgroup meetings will be held at the Union League Club of Chicago. On Wednesday December 12th, the GLBTS Stakeholder Forum will commence at 8:30 AM in the French Room (Room 710). The forum will be followed by substance-specific workgroup meetings for Mercury, PCBs, B(a)P/HCB, and Dioxin at approximately 11:00 AM. On Thursday December 13th, the GLBTS Integration Workgroup meeting will commence at approximately 9:00 AM in the Main Lounge and adjourn at approximately 3:30 PM.
