end of the year has brought a flurry of activity on the Great Lakes
- St. Lawrence Water Resources Compact. More
Advocacy and legislation Congress has
passed and President Bush is expected to sign an omnibus
appropriations bill that includes funding for a variety of Great
Lakes programs. More
