GLIN==> EPA wants re-registration of toxic compounds previously banned for some uses

Today's Federal Register  --   US EPA wants to re-register
certain uses of pentachlorophenol (contaminated with 
chlorinated dibenzo dioxins/furans and hexachlorobenzene), 
copper chromated arsenic compounds and creosote for
uses previously banned during the Clinton Administration
(note mention that pentachlorophenol poses cancer risks
for utility workers):
