GLIN==> March Coal Trade Up

Strong demand for Lake Erie coal from Canadian customers boosted the Lakes coal trade in March 27 percent over the corresponding period last year.  However, lack of dredging again slashed at vessel capacity.  The largest cargo was 12,000 tons less than what has moved when high water offset lack of dredging.  See attached for more details.
