GLIN==> April Limestone Trade on Lakes

A weather-related late start and the ongoing dredging crisis combined to trim the Lakes limestone trade in April by about 3 percent compared to a year ago.  However, compared to the month’s 5-year average, this April was off by 11 percent.  For the year, the trade is 20 percent off its 5-year average, and that decrease also reflects the sluggish construction market.  See attached for more details.
