The Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Regional Body would like to announce that its next meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be via conference call. The meeting is open to the public and will include an opportunity for public comments. A complete agenda, materials to be discussed and call-in information will be available in coming weeks at http://www.glslregionalbody.org/Meetings.aspx

The Regional Body was established by the Great Lakes Governors and Premiers when they signed the Great Lakes—St. Lawrence River Basin Sustainable Water Resources Agreement on December 13, 2005. The Agreement details how the States and Provinces will work together to manage and protect the Great Lakes—St. Lawrence River Basin and provides a framework for each State and Province to enact laws protecting the Basin.
