GLIN==> U.S.-Flag Lakes Cargo Total Flat in July



Rising water levels boosted vessel payloads in July, but cargo movement was unchanged from a year ago – 12 million tons.  And despite the higher water levels, the dredging crisis is far from over.  The largest vessels are still sacrificing 4,000 tons or so each trip due to lack of adequate dredging.  See attached for more details.
