GLIN==> Coastal Management Specialist Position Available...

JHT, Inc. is advertising for a Coastal Management Specialist to work in NOAA's Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, Coastal Programs Division, in Silver Spring, MD. A position description is attached.

The Coastal Programs Division administers the Coastal Zone Management Program at the federal level. The Coastal Programs Division is responsible for advancing national coastal management objectives and maintaining and strengthening state and territorial coastal management capabilities. It supports states through financial assistance, mediation, technical services, and participation in priority state, regional, and local forums.

Please note that much, but not all, of this position will be focused on Great Lakes issues. However, the position will be located at NOAA headquarters in Silver Spring, MD.
