GLIN==> November Coal Trade Off 5-Year Average

The Lakes coal docks shipped 3.4 million net tons in November, a decrease of nearly 500,000 tons from the month’s 5-year average.  Dredging crisis kept even the largest coal cargos 6,000 tons or more below vessels’ rated capacity.  See attached for more details.
