GLIN==> Clinton River Water Festival at Oakland University ( Presenters Needed)

January 27, 2009

Dear Water Resource Professional,

The 2009 Clinton River Water Festival at Oakland University (OU) is currently being planned and we are writing to ask for your help in conducting this event. The intent of the water festival is to provide an educational and enjoyable learning experience that supports the educational objectives of school’s science programs. Oakland County students within the Clinton River Watershed have been invited to the campus of OU to participate in this educational experience.

Each session lasts 25 minutes. Will you please join us as a presenter this year? The Festival is scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2009.  All presenters will receive a free Water Festival tee shirt and lunch for volunteering their time and expertise.  We ask that presenters arrive at 8:00 a.m. for a continental breakfast and to set up your presentation.  The festival is from 9:30 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m.

For your convenience more information and registration forms can be found at:
