Re: Draft GLOS Proposal



Roger - here's some suggested edits aimed at sharpening up the objective statements, putting them in an "essential to the program" context.  As we discussed, I would suggest reordering the subsystem descriptions to put the modeling portion about 3rd in the list.  Good luck on getting this together.  Thanks for all your hard work - and for a good meeting last week.  I came away thinking we're making good progress and have sharpened our focus substantially.
