Fire Fighting Foam

Mike Mathews of the Washington State Ferry System (a division of the
Washington State Department of Transportation) would appreciate information
on environmentally appropriate fire fighting foams.  The current product,
produced by 3M, has been removed from the market due to health concerns.  

The foam should meet requirements for Class B AFFF fire foam.
