Copy of Canadian Arctic Contaminants Assessment Report?

Does anyone have a copy of the Canadian Arctic Contaminants Assessment
Report (I think it was from 1997)? The Canadian government (Indian and
Northern Affairs Canada) office just told me they have no copies left,
and it doesn't appear to be available electronically.
