Re: Starch Recovery in waste water/Food Processing Roundtable



Allan,
We are working with a Food Processors who makes a lot of pasta frozen
dinners.  95 million gallons of water per year, but we do not know the
starch concentration.
Any suggestions?  Would distillation work?
