Product take-back studies

Hi:

Is anyone aware of studies in the U.S. on the economics of product
take-back (aka extended producer responsibility)? Interested in industry,
academic, or government work related to this topic.  We've been asked to
generate some ideas for an upcoming OECD meeting.
