Medical Waste Incinerators

Greetings:

Does anyone have any information, particularly case studies, documenting how
medical waste incinerators can meet the new clean air act standard for
mercury through incoming source reduction/waste segregation efforts, rather
than with add-on controls to the incinerator?  Some of our Northeast states
are considering requiring a P2 approach if they can find some back-up data.
