P2 in Construction Contract Language

Greetings,
    We are looking for specific examples of construction contract language
that puts the burden and/or the benefit of pollution prevention/waste
minimization on the construction contractor.  We will soon be integrating
pollution prevention incentives in all of Los Alamos National Laboratories
construction contracts and would appreciate any feedback/examples of this
at other locations.  Thanks for your help.
