Though there are many ways to get to this information, these will probably
get you what you need:
http://www.recycle.net/recycle/exch/index.html has a list of
regional waste exchanges. An industrial materials exchange in the general
vicinity of your PP source ought to be able to help you find an outlet.
specifications for various forms of PP being sold into recycling markets.
