NPPR Fall Conference information

The NPPR Fall conference in Hot Springs, Arkansas will take place November
16-18 at the Arlington Hotel.  Congressman Jay Dickey has confirmed as the
opening plenary speaker on November 18.  The workgroups that will be
meeting will include Reg integration; facility planning and measurement,
local government; education, training and learning; information and
technology transfer; technology and research; small business; and the
energy efficiency task force.

 You must contact the hotel by October 30, 1998 to guarantee your room.
