Re: Cement Dust
EPA has done a lot of work on CKD management, including recycling and reuse
options, in the rules for hazardous waste combustion in cement kilns. I
suggest that you look at the regulatory development supporting 40 CFR 266
and 268, as well as the appropriate sections within 40 CFR 261.
