Reuse for PE-coated paper?

A facility in Philadelphia manufactures foam. The resin is placed in
bins
to polymerize; the bins are lined with a lightweight brown paper which
prevents
the foam from sticking to the sides of the bins, and the paper is lined
with a
thin polyethylene film.

When the foam has "set" and is removed from the bins, the composite
paper
liner is discarded. Apparently, it can only be used once. Much of the paper
has a thin layer of foam sticking to it.

The company wants to know if there are ways that this PE lined paper
can be
used rather than tossed out.

    Any suggestions?
