I don't know of any step-by-step manuals for setting up an affirmative
procurement program but here are some related EPA web sites that may be
useful.

The U.S. EPA's Environmentally Preferable Products program has a number of
procurement related documents and information, go here:
http://www.epa.gov/opperspd/epp/about.html

The U.S. EPA's Waste Wise program has some information on purchasing
recycled products, go here:

	Hi, P2 tech members:

Is anyone aware of a manual or "cookbook" for setting up an
affirmative
procurement/purchasing program for materials with high recycled
content? Has
anyone set up a successful program like this and has a lessons
learned report
	they would share?

	Thanks.
