Re: TRI chemicals



Can you tell us about when this would have been?  Pre-1986/7, the list that
became the basis for the TRI list was once presented in a divided manner
like that you suggest.  It is also possible that you may be referring to the
list under the CAA section dealing with accidental release prevention and
response planning.

I am not aware of any serious EPA proposal, with respect specifically to the
TRI, between 1988 and 1996, during which time I taught courses on TRI and
consulted with several clients on the completion of their Form Rs.
