Updates and Reminders for July.

1.  Your list manager is changing!  After 3+ years of managing the list, I
am passing on the torch.  You will now talk to Juna Snow about all your
list server questions.  The contact e-mail address and all other addresses
remain the same (listman@wmrc.hazard.uiuc.edu).  Please let me or Juna know
if you have an questions, comments or improvements.

2.  Remember to let Juna -- listman@wmrc.hazard.uiuc.edu -- know about your
vacations if you are using a vacation message or if you don't want to be
inundated with mail upon your return.
