Re: small business loans

Last time I looked into this (~2 years ago) SBA had no loan programs
available to help finance P2 projects.  As I recall, their "environmental
loan" program was limited to providing financing for compliance-related
expenditures that were necessary to ensure business survival.  If anyone
has any updates from SBA, please post to the list as I am still interested
in this.
