I am looking for possible recycling opportunities for 2 wastes at a cold & hot rolled steel processing plant. One waste is a rubber dust from grinding slitter rubbers. The other waste is a lined paper that is used to protect the incoming carbon steel coils. Both the rubber dust and the paper are trashed. Thank you.
