Cinder cone Mining operations

Hi All,

I have a client in Nevada who is seeking information on how to keep dust and rock particles from entering the environment.

The location is in a remote mining area which is arrid. Water is a scarce commodity.

The problem is that winds carry dust particles to an area which is populated. Is there a way to gather particles (loading or other means) during mining operations? Also is there a way to reduce the dust when mining operations are over for the day?

The cinder cone is a volcanic rock formation which is 600 feet in elevation ( no tarps please!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciate.
Sincerely,

Joel Blood
