Non-Toxic Substitute for IPA

I have a client who is seeking information on a possible non-toxic substitute for Isopropanol.
the IPA is used in the granulation step of vitamins and minerals production. The Isopropanol is blended with vitamins and minerals and digestible binders in a ribbon blender. The Isopropanol is evaporated by drying at 125 deg. F. for 12 to 24 hours. Is there a dry cellulose based solvent or any other non-toxic method to bind vitamins and minerals?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
