NPPR to Update its State P2 Legislation Compendium

Hi everyone,

NPPR is in the process of updating its compendium of state pollution
prevention legislation.  Our compendium is accurate as of July, 1996.  So
if you know of any pollution prevention legislation (including amendments
to old acts) since then in your respective states, it would be a huge help
if you could email me the name(s) of the legislation and if possible where
to find copies (online preferably).  Pending legislation is acceptable. 
However, we are only including legislation which deals specifically with
pollution prevention, not legislation in which its pollution prevention
regulations have little to do with the thrust of the bill.

titles of all the legislation for each state (some states had none) in the
July, 1996 compendium.  If we missed any legislation passed before that
date, please tell us that as well.
