International Pollution Prevention Summit - Action Plan discussions

The International Pollution Prevention Summit will be held in Montreal 
Canada from October 18th to 20th. The Summit organizers are holding 
electronic discussions in advance of the Summit to pull together priorities, 
goals, actions, recommendations, commitments and resources for the action 
plan workshops at the Summit.
 
Action Plan Themes include:
- Changing culture
- Education
- Financing
- Policy, Legislation and the Role of Government
