Re: BMP for golf course herbicide management

I checked with our Turfgrass Environmental Stewardship Program Manager about practices. Below is information on a person you can contact that can discuss real-life experiences:

The Huron Clinton Metropolitan Park golf courses do an excellent job
handling pesticides and fertilizers. They use minimal amounts and only spot
treat for many pests. Paul Muelle would be a good contact person to direct
callers to the appropriate golf course superintendent. Paul can be reached
at 1-800-477-2757..

This is a question Donna Peterson from MnTAP wanted to pose to P2tech:

Does anyone know of a manual that outlines Best Management Practies (BMPs) for herbicide / pesticide use at golf courses?
Or alternatively, a golf course that has implemented a good herbicide use program?
