EPA Creates Clean Air Award in Honor of Tom Zosel

Folks --

Sorry for any cross-postings.

Many of us remember the late Tom Zosel of 3M, an enthusiastic, outspoken,
and passionate advocate for pollution prevention, and one of the early
driving forces behind the success of the AIChE's Center for Waste Reduction
Technologies (http://www.aiche.org/cwrt/). In recognition of the
individual commitment that Tom brought to his work, the EPA has recently
announced the creation of the Thomas W. Zosel Outstanding Individual
Achievement Award. The award is intended to recognize individuals who have
demonstrated leadership, outstanding achievement, and a lasting commitment
to promoting clean air and helping to achieve better air quality.

The award is one of six new awards created as part of the Clean Air
Excellence Awards Program. Those interested in additional details about
the awards (including the whereabouts of the nomination forms) can find them
