            The ZERI Activities Report 1999 

       "High Science - Simple Tech - Low Budget"
                 Vision and Report of the
         Zero Emissions Research and Initiatives
                          (ZERI)

     Before we focus on the participation of the ZERI Foundation in the
     World EXPO2000 in Hanover only some 30 days to go, it is timely
     to summarize what we achieved in 1999.

     We label this "The year of leadership in education". After all, when
     we go over what started and implemented, we may call this
     leadership.

     But also the thinking of ZERI has evolved. If one reads about the
     1994 ZERI Concept, we have evolved in our thoughts. We wish

     that all evolve with us and help us go much further. We know we
     have a long way to go.

     In order to offer a framework of where we could go, the final part
     of this extensive Newsletter covers the application of the ZERI
     approach to over 20 cases.

     As the opening of the World Expo approaches, there is so much
     more that will be said and done. But for now, we know that our
     dreams of 1994 did come through since we never accepted "a no
     for a no".

ZERI - Zero Emissions Research and Initiatives
