Re: Waste Heat

Not my area but depending on the quantity of usable energy available:

Preheating of water or air for boilers and the like
Process hot water
Low pressure steam
Conventional absorption air conditioning chillers
Greenhouse heating

A local plant food (fertilizer) company generates heat as a by-product during their processes which is currently removed by a plate heat exchanger and cooling tower. They are interested in exploring opportunities for utilizing this heat rather that wasting it and expending resources to remove the process heat. They realize an obvious use would be for heating during the winter, but is there other options beyond this? Any suggestions??

Thanks in advance,
