transit bus maintenance station

Help! I am trying to locate bmps/p2 opportunities for municipal bus
transit maintenance facilities, particularly in the oil/grease and
petroleum arena. Our local transit's maintenance shops have a sewer
discharge containing high oil/grease and petroleum constituents.
Processes include oil changes, bus steam washing, engine cleaning,
hydraulic lift oils, etc. I noticed many spills on the floors around
drums. an oil/water separator at the back of the property utilizes a lift
pump to move the water to the sewer system, however, at another lift
station before the waste leaves the property, there is still evidence of
oil and petroleum entering the sewer system. Any resources, fact sheets,
manuals on bus maintenance would be greatly appreciated!
