RE: Sand foundry



This may not be exactly what you are looking for but...
Look for information from Furness-Newburge, Inc. (this may be an old number 606-873-0328) regarding the sonoperoxone process.  The process reportedly has reduced clay and sand usage (20 percent for the sand) at some foundries (although the mechanism by which the process actually works may still be under investigation).
