Blue-green Algae (Cyanobacteria)

Sorry for any cross postings....
I was contacted by a client who is looking for a treatment method for the
Cyanobacteria in their evap ponds (3 each @ 25 acres per). They wanted to
know if there was a "less toxic" way to deal with the blooms. The evap
ponds are in a fly way and water fowl do use them. The ponds are fenced
prohibiting "grazers" from accessing the water.
