I presume you mean expanded polystyrene foam from a variety of
manufactureres and end uses,  not just Styrofoam which is a registered
trademark for insulating foam board and other foam products made by Dow

you can find some information about the National Polystyrene Recycling
Company (NPRC), Polystyrene Recycling Company of America (PRCA) and the
Canadian Polystyrene Recycling Association (CPRA), recycling at Dart
Container Corporation.

Does anyone know of a market or outlet for baled quantities of styrofoam
collected for the purpose of reuse or recycling?
