> This e-mail concerns those who are interested in the Request for Proposals OEA posted to reserach industries with the highest remaining potential for P2 in Minnesota.(http://www.moea.state.mn.us/media/01-01-31.cfm)
> We have received several inquiries regarding details of the scope of work we have in mind for the RFP which was posted on P2Tech 2/6. We presently use several factors to prioritize our P2 technical and financial assistance. This research would give us another factor. We have a sense of which SIC's have the best opportunities for additional P2, but would like an external opinion.
> We envision the data used will be from existing sources and the consultant's access to knowledge about P2 in industrial sectors. When compared to research we have funded in the past, the budget should be adequate for the analysis we need. We encourage you to discuss ideas among your associates, and e-mail me questions you may have. For your information, I will be available respond to questions until noon of February 26. The rest of that week I will be attending the NPPR Conference in Chicago and will not be able to get back to you before the February 28 deadline.
Best Regards,
