RE: Coffee and Tea Manufacturing

I have audited a coffee roaster/wholesaler, and found that it was primarily
a solid waste issue. They had done some good things to reduce packaging and
container waste, using ideas contributed by employees. They end up with a
huge number of burlap sacks, but found they were fairly easy to give away.

Does anyone have any P2 information or resources for Coffee and Tea
Manufacturing (SIC 312920). Anything would be great!
