RE: Coffee and Tea Manufacturing



I have audited a coffee roaster/wholesaler, and found that it was primarily
a solid waste issue.  They had done some good things to reduce packaging and
container waste, using ideas contributed by employees. They end up with a
huge number of burlap sacks, but found they were fairly easy to give away.
